‘Vanderpump Rules’: Lala Kent Purchases $1.35M Mansion

During her recent appearance on Scheana Shay’s Scheananigans podcast, Lala Kent revealed that she purchased a $1.35M Palm Springs mansion. The details of her new digs

Per The Sun, Lala Kent purchased her new Palm Springs mansion just 3 days ago (on March 24). Turns out, Lala’s new mansion is conveniently located right near Scheana Shay’s vacation home. The 2,315 square feet mansion sits inside a gated community and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The Vanderpump Rules star and her two-year-old daughter, Ocean, can soak up some sun in the backyard while enjoying the gorgeous view of the anta Rosa and San Gorgonio Mountains. The backyard boasts of offering an outdoor spa experience as it comes complete with both a hot tub and a heated pool. The home comes complete with a golf course that Lala’s daughter Ocean is sure to enjoy!

A source close to the Bravo personality told The Sun that Lala fell in love with the home instantly. Moreover, she was thrilled to have Scheana right next door.

Turns out, this home might’ve been meant for Lala Kent as it was only on the market for about a month before being sold.

Purchasing such an expensive mansion comes as a bit of a surprise to fans as Life & Style reports her net worth is estimated to be about $2M right now. She, however, did just sign a five-figure deal with the fashion brand, PrettyLittleThing earlier this month. So, the detail may have had something to do with her ability to purchase this pricy mansion.

Between her five-figure deal and absorbing the value of the mansion as an asset, Lala’s net worth is expected to go up significantly.
