As TV Shows Ace reported, John and Alyssa’s family has grown! The couple has four daughters, Allie, Lexi, Zoey, and Maci. Then, last week, they welcomed their son, Rhett Alan, to the world. Both mama and baby are doing well, and they have shared a few updates on social media.
In a social media post on Friday, Alyssa Bates Webster shared a few photos of her daughters meeting her son. She couldn’t get over how sweet this moment was. Of course, fans enjoyed it too.
Now, she’s back with more details about little Rhett’s arrival.
How to Watch Birth Video
On Friday, March 24, John and Alyssa shared a new YouTube video, documenting the labor and delivery. It began with a few quick highlights from Alyssa’s pregnancy and then showed her curb-stepping while she was having contractions. Later, she and John drove to the hospital. They kept fans updated from the hospital room. Alyssa’s mom, Kelly Jo Bates, was able to be there for the birth too.
The little guy was born at 7:03 p.m. on March 18.
In the video, fans also got to see the baby boy get his first bath and meet several family members. They also included footage of him getting ready to head home. They dressed him up in an adorable blue outfit and showed off his hair too.

Before ending the video, John and Alyssa teased a short clip of their daughters greeting the baby boy when they got home.
