As TV Shows Ace reported, John and Alyssa Webster have welcomed their fifth little one to the world. She shared about this special event on social media, but it’s now been five days since she announced his birth. She shared another post the next day. But she has not posted on YouTube or Instagram since then.
Fortunately, from what she shared on social media, it sounds like everything went smoothly with Rhett’s birth. But naturally, her being silent for so long has some fans worried. And with a new baby, she has plenty of photos and videos to share. She could have documented his trip home or his meeting his big sisters. So far, fans haven’t seen any of it.

On Reddit on Thursday, a fan shared a new post about Alyssa’s absence and wondered where she might be. After all, some of the Bates kids are fairly active on social media. But for some reason, she hasn’t posted in about a week.
There is a good chance she’s just soaking up this time with her new baby boy, plus she’s likely adjusting to the challenges of having five kids. One fan wondered, “How is the little guy doing?
Another fan speculated, “She had him a week ago. Maybe she needs time to recover and get used to having a boy. She might want to spend some time with her girls as well.”
Then, they added, “But she will be back on YouTube in no time to make some $$.”
Bringing Up Bates fans suspect Alyssa Bates and John Webster will share an update via YouTube on Friday. They typically release new videos on Friday, so as long as they’re sticking with that same schedule, it may not be long before everyone gets an update. Some think she might be taking a little bit of a “maternity leave” from YouTube and Instagram.
