Lydia, Josie, & Katie Bates Share Special Sister Time
Bringing Up Bates stars Lydia Romeike, Josie Balka, and Katie Bates Clark are taking fans along on their special sister time! This trio is back together and making lots of special memories. What are the ladies up to? Keep reading for all of the fun details and check out their new picture too.
Katie Bates Clark travels to Tennessee.
After welcoming their first child, Hailey James, to the world on Feb. 17, 2023, Travis Clark and Katie Bates made the trip from New Jersey to Tennessee to visit her side of the family. Carlin and Evan Stewart and Gil and Kelly Jo Bates were in New Jersey for Hailey’s birth. Esther Keyes, Nathan Bates’ wife, also traveled to see Hailey. But outside of this, none of the Bringing Up Bates family members have met the new little one.
So, the couple decided to fly with their newborn in tow, and surprisingly, it went smoothly. Of course, they were a little anxious about what a flight would be like with a one-month-old. Now that Travis, Katie, and Hailey are in Tenessee, they are enjoying quality time together and sharing lots of pictures with fans via social media.
Hailey has had the chance to meet many of her uncles, aunts, and cousins. She’s very loved by everyone already.
The Bringing Up Bates sisters are reunited.
On her Instagram Stories on Monday, Josie Bates Balka dropped a new photo from an outing with her sister Katie Bates Clark and sister-in-law Lydia Romeike Bates. Lydia is Trace Bates’ wife. The three ladies posed for a selfie while they were at the nail salon. Josie captioned the photo: “Nail time with sisters.”

These three sisters are in a similar place in life now. Josie has two young daughters, Willow and Hazel. Katie just welcomed her first little one to the world. And Lydia just announced her first pregnancy earlier this month. It’s certainly an exciting time for the whole family!
It’s unclear how much longer Katie and Travis will be in Tenessee. But while they are there, they will likely continue sharing many more photos and videos with fans. So, be on the lookout for more updates soon. It looks like they are enjoying themselves so far.
