On Wednesday’s episode of The View, actress Christina Ricci made a guest appearance. Somehow, the conversation transitioned to the panel’s unmentionables. Whoopi Goldberg revealed that she prefers not to wear any. She likes the feeling of going free underneath her clothes.

Whoopi brought up the last time that Christina was on the show. Her last interview took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, everyone was on Zoom so pants were optional. For some people, underwear was optional too.

“That’s right! I had completely forgotten I did that too because when you’re in your own home you just forget things,” Christina said.

Co-host Joy Behar admitted that time flies by fast. She wants to know where it went. Sunny Hostin revealed that they co-hosted the show from home for “almost a year and a half.” At the time, they didn’t have a strict dress code since they could wear whatever they want — or don’t want.

Whoopi admitted that went commando during that time. She wasn’t happy about returning to the set of The View. She had to pull out her unmentionables once again. The Till star enjoyed not wearing underwear during the pandemic.

“I’ve had to wear underwear this entire time since we’ve returned,” Whoopi Goldberg admitted.

The entire panel laughed. Christina joked that she didn’t like having to wear “regular shoes” again. She got used to wearing slippers during those times. Everyone’s wardrobe was much more relaxed as they embraced pajamas and loungewear.

During that same episode, fans called out Whoopi Goldberg’s “rude” and “gross” behavior. They’ve asked the show to stop allowing her to talk with her mouth full. Sometimes, the co-hosts will enjoy snacks and cooking segments. Fans think it’s disgusting when they chew on the hot mic and speak with their mouths full.
