Return To Amish What Happened to Daniel & Maureen?

Danny and Maureen were standouts in the last season of Return to Amish. She had a longstanding crush on him as she headed off to Florida to experience life in the English world. Danny had already left the Amish community but he was the one who helped Maureen and her best friend, Rosanna Miller get to Florida. Though the girls tried to fly to Florida, they did not have any proper identification so they asked Danny to drive them, which he did. They spent much of her time away texting and being romantic. Finally, he gave her her first kiss and then took her virginity.

Once it was all said and done, they were engaged and she seemed over the moon. It seems like she will be back for this upcoming season but where does she stand with Danny? Per their social media, they looked like they were both living the English lifestyle together. Now, according to In Touch Weekly, the couple is still trucking along. Maureen has shared a series of photos on her Instagram regarding her life with Daniel. This includes a few snaps of their daughter together, Emily Lynn who was born in February 2022. So, they were together for around two years before they became parents.

In April 2022, Maureen posted a two-month progress pic of Emily Lynn, who is quite adorable. “Our precious little girl ♥️ We love you 😍 #2months old,” she wrote alongside three photos. As of now and from what fans can see, the two have started their sweet little family and have been a success story. As for what part Maureen will play in the new season is yet to be seen.

A New Chapter

Season 7 of Return to Amish will premiere Tuesday, March 14th. Maureen’s grandma, Ada Byler will be back as will Sabrina Burkholder, Jeremiah and Carmela Raber, and Rosanna Miller. It seems that Ada is trying to get Maureen to join them in Florida alongside three newcomers. This may be when fans learn more about her and Danny’s love story. Keep in mind that this season was filmed in 2021 so a lot may have transpired. However, with some of the other couples on rocky paths, it is great to believe that these two have had a happy ending.
