Tammy Slaton Home With Nephews, See Beautiful Reunion
This year, 1000-Lb Sisters fans have seen Tammy Slaton really reach a turning point in her life. She successfully completed a year of rehab and lost enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery. The TLC star is well on her way to living a healthier life and fans couldn’t be happier for her.
However, Tammy’s stay in rehab wasn’t always easy. Sadly, she missed the birth of her nephew Glenn.

Tammy Slaton is caught on camera having a sweet moment with her nephews
If there’s one thing the 1000-Lb Sisters cast loves most, it’s family. Through thick and thin, the five siblings are all there for one another. Misty, Chris, Amanda, Tammy, and Amy may have their differences, but they’ll always be there for each other at the end of the day.
Now that Tammy is home from rehab, she’s making up for lost time with her little nephews.
Amanda Halterman recently launched her own TikTok channel to give fans an inside peek at their family life. And just like Tammy, Amanda is incredibly dedicated to the little ones in their family.
The TLC star posted a video this week of Tammy holding baby Glenn while Gage runs around and plays with other family members. She simply captioned it, “family is everything.”

1000-Lb Sisters fans have been critical of Tammy in the past, but many are excited to see her home with her family.
“I love seeing Tammy enjoying life! Nothing better than family time❤” one of Amanda’s followers wrote in the comments.
“Amanda, you are a true meaning of a great sister,” another added. “Your family is so lucky to have you.”

Will Caleb Willingham move to Kentucky to be with the family?
In this week’s episode, Amy will express her concerns about Tammy’s engagement. Onscreen, all of the siblings have admitted they worry about Tammy moving too quickly with Caleb.
And it seems like they had a right to be worried after all. Rumor has it that Caleb Willingham is still in the Ohio rehab facility and hasn’t made much of an effort to follow Tammy back to Kentucky.
“Tammy is sad her husband is not with her,” a source close to the family told The Sun. “She is frustrated Caleb has not made an effort to move to a facility in Kentucky from Ohio. They have been arguing because she feels he is not handling the transfer with urgency.”
Fans hope that the couple manages to patch things up. Tammy Slaton’s health may very well depend on it.
