What happened to Travis Barker?

Kourtney Kardashian took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, February 28 to share the shocking new photos. The first photo showed her husband Travis Barker in the hospital wearing an oxygen mask and hooked up to wires. He also wore a plastic cap, face mask, and a sheet around his bare chest.

Kourtney added three muscle emojis to the photo. In a follow-up post, she shared a close-up of his hand, which was connected to an IV tube and taped down. Travis was in the hospital to get surgery on his hand. He broke it while rehearsing with Blink-182 earlier this month.

Travis has had problems with his hands before. Months ago, fans were in shock to see him in a cast. He was touring a lot with the punk-rock band. Injuries from drumming are common, especially when performing night after night.

Kourtney Kardashian’s husband has suffered other health issues in the past. She’s been extremely supportive of the musician. She shared a pre-surgery snapshot of Travis in the parking lot. Earlier this month, he said that he dislocated his shoulder and broke the middle finger on his left hand.

As TV Shows Ace previously reported, fans noticed that Travis wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. They assumed trouble was in paradise. However, it would be difficult for him to wear it. Once he’s fully healed from the surgery, Travis will be able to wear his wedding ring again.

Kourtney Kardashian’s hubby prepares for surgery

On Monday, February 27, Travis shared his process for his surgery on his respective Instagram page. His doctor snapped his ring finger back into place. He then asked Kourtney Kardashian’s hubby if he felt any pain, and he admitted that it was “painful.”

In the graphic video, fans could hear a loud pop as the bone snapped back into place. Travis’s finger was swollen and bruised. His hand was wrapped in a cast and then he was ready for his surgery to get the issue corrected for good.

“Surgery tomorrow,” Travis captioned his Instagram post with the fingers crossed emoji.

Kourtney Kardashian and the Blink-182 drummer have been married since May 2022. She commented on the post with a series of prayer emojis and a red heart. Travis can’t wait to perform after his injury heals.
