Recently, Josie has been a little bolder when it comes to her fashion choices. She’s been showing more skin and wearing clothes that accentuate her curves. As we previously related, she put her booty on display in a pair of skintight leggings.
And it doesn’t look like she’s stopping any time soon.
Josie Balka continues defying her family’s strict modesty rules.
On Instagram on Sunday, Josie shared a new video with fans. It follows her, her husband Kelton, and their two daughters, Willow and Hazel, as they got all ready to go to church. Josie filmed herself as she made coffee, styled her daughters’ hair, and more.
Before heading out the door, she posed in front of the camera to show off her fashionable outfit. The mom of two wore a chocolate-colored ribbed dress that hugged her curves. She threw on a pair of white sneakers and took her makeup bag and jewelry in the car with her to complete her look on the way. She also had her heatless curlers in her hair and took them out on the way.

On Reddit, fans are sharing just how shocked they are to see Josie wearing something like this. Growing up, she had to wear skirts and dresses that didn’t fit too tightly or didn’t show any skin. Now that she’s married and moved out, she’s taking advantage of her freedom. One fan said, “She looks amazing. But for church!?!? Woah!”
Someone else chimed in, “She’s always has a rockin bod. Several of the Bates girls do.”
But fans have a feeling Gil Bates may not be so happy. One joked, “Somewhere Gil is crying into his denims 😂” Of course, Josie can dress how she wants to now that she’s not living under her father’s roof. Her followers assume he’s still shocked by it though.
