On Instagram this week, Josie dropped a new video. It follows her through a typical morning, from working out with her husband Kelton to eating breakfast with her daughters. It looks like the business owner and former reality TV star keeps very busy. She runs a hair accessory store online and also does hair and makeup for weddings and other events.
Somehow, she manages to make it all work and is pretty productive, as she showed in her new video. You can watch Josie’s morning routine below.

If you’re a Bringing Up Bates fan, you probably know all about the family’s strict modesty rules. The girls must wear long skirts or dresses and can’t show a lot of skin. As the women have gotten married and moved out, they have started wearing pants, bathing suits, and other clothing items that they couldn’t wear growing up.
Though the ladies now dress a little less modestly, fans certainly weren’t expecting to see all of Josie Bates’ assets in her latest video. As she worked out in the living room with her husband Kelton, she wore a pair of tight yoga leggings and a tee shirt.

Interestingly, Josie’s mom Kelly Jo saw this and commented, “Wow I’m tired just watching the work out!! 😍” So, she saw her daughter’s not-so-modest outfit choice.

On Reddit, fans posted about Josie Bates’ new video. It looks like it’s taking many by surprise. One fan commented, “I am so shocked they would post something at this angle.” Some called her workout outfit “immodest.”
Someone else mentioned how her dad Gil Bats likely feels. They wrote, “Her daddy is losing sleep tonight cause his lil girls butt is on full display in spandex.”
Another fan added, “She is very worldly now, I wonder what daddy thinks about it.”
