If you watch TLC’s LPBW, you may not know much about Isabel. She’s only appeared in a couple of episodes because Jacob left the show several years ago. Now, to see what Isabel and Jacob’s little family is up to, fans have turned to Instagram. She’s fairly active on social media and shares regular updates about herself, her son Mateo, and more.
Isabel isn’t afraid of being open and honest with fans. She’s talked about everything, including both the good and the bad. Unfortunately, her latest post isn’t really a positive one.
Isabel Roloff learns she needs surgery after meeting with a second specialist.
Most recently, on her Instagram Stories, Isabel Roloff gave her followers an update on her health. Unfortunately, the young mother now needs surgery. She snapped a selfie with an unhappy look on her face. Then, she wrote, “It’s the second orthodontist to tell me I need to get jaw surgery or Invisalign because of my teeth grinding.
She sarcastically added, “Really love that for me!”

So far, Isabel hasn’t updated fans on her decision or revealed her plans moving forward. She has a couple of options to choose from, so she’s probably thinking it over and doing her research. Hopefully, she won’t have to wait too long to get her surgery or Invisalign taken care of so she can get back to feeling well. Teeth grinding can cause all kinds of issues, from sleeping problems to headaches and facial soreness.
