Ian Tyson Dead At 89: Cause Of Death
Per CP24, the singer-songwriter passed away today at his ranch located near Longview, Atlanta. While the exact cause of death was not confirmed, his manager revealed that Ian suffered several ongoing health complications prior to his passing.

Speaking to The Canadian Press, his ex-wife Sylvia Tyson issued a statement on his passing:
He put a lot of time and energy into his songwriting and felt his material very strongly, especially the whole cowboy lifestyle.”
