Currently, Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald have four children, Spurgeon, 7, Henry, 5, Ivy, 3, and Fern, 1. At this point, she has neither confirmed nor denied any rumors that she’s expecting her fifth baby. But fans have their reasons to suspect she’s having another baby.
For the past few weeks, Duggar fans have been trying to figure out who is currently pregnant and just hasn’t announced it yet. This is because Jim Bob Duggar said that Joy Forsyth’s baby is his 30th grandchildren. However, between all of the known grandkids and pregnancies, fans realized that Jim Bob and Michelle only have 27 grandchildren. So, there must be some secret babies or unannounced pregnancies.
Now, speculation about Jessa Seewald being pregnant is ramping up.

On Instagram this week, Jessa posted a new video in a partnership with Walmart. She shared several video clips and pictures of her family making special Christmas memories. They enjoyed hot chocolate while making homemade ornaments. In the video, they also played a board game, decorated the tree, and built a gingerbread house.
While some fans were focused on this cute family video, others noticed Jessa Seewald’s appearance and began to wonder if she might have another baby on the way. Her kids are each roughly two years apart in age and Fern will be two years old in July 2023. So, it’s possible that Jessa is expecting again.
On Reddit, fans are discussing the possibility that Jessa is pregnant. Someone pointed out that Jessa barely looked pregnant when she was halfway through her pregnancy with Fern, so she could be pregnant now and only slightly be showing.
Another fan said, “I actually see some fullness in the video. I think she’s definitely pregnant but will announce very late as usual.”
Someone else pointed out, “She’s also wearing the type of dress that makes it really hard to tell either way.”
