According to the synopsis, Kristin (Baez) needs a reset. She feels like a pushover and has not even close to achieving her dreams.
However, a friend convinces her that what she needs is a life coach. Therefore, she hires Ashley (Filoramo). Immediately, Ashley tells Kristin that she needs to remove all toxic things from her life. That includes toxic people that keep her from achieving her dreams.
But, Ashley’s methods of helping Kristin are unconventional, at best. Moreover, Kristin soon learns that Ashley is not the person she claims to be.
