Was Khloe Kardashian Given A Time Frame For 2nd Baby?
The Season 2 premiere of The Kardashians was all about Khloe Kardashian. She ended the first season finding out that her on/off-again love, Tristan Thompson had been unfaithful. More than that, Khloe discovered he had fathered a child with another woman. However, there was another kicker that was really too much for anyone to handle. She, too, was expecting a baby with Tristan via surrogate. In a conversation with her youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, Khloe opened up about why she started the surrogacy when she did. A Time Frame For Khloe Kardashian’s Second Baby
Khloe has never been shy about wanting to expand her family. Her daughter, True with ex, Tristan Thompson is now four and she had high hopes that he had changed his cheating ways. In the Season 1 finale of The Kardashians, it was discovered that Tristan had been unfaithful. Furthermore, he had fathered a baby with someone else. While Kim Kardashian was relaying this to Khloe, Kim was asked to be taken off speaker by her sister as she had something to tell her.
According to The Sun, right before Thanksgiving, Tristan and Khloe had done an implantation with a surrogate. The timing could not have been worse. Khloe wanted to make it clear that she had no idea what was about to transpire when she made the decision to go forward with baby number two. She opened up to her younger sister Kylie about the timeline of the embryo transfer and the mistress’s baby announcement. Khloe made it known that she would never have gone through this after the fact.
However, Khloe did note that she was “coerced” into doing the transfer by a certain time. “I was being coerced to do it by a certain date. In hind site, especially getting the paperwork we saw, he found out July 2 so he did know. It was just a great thing to expand our family, thinking it was this real, healthy, loving, protective type of family.” The betrayal made the pregnancy process extremely hard for the mogul and she was very depressed most of the time. It was up to her family to rally and do what they could to make Khloe feel excited about baby number two.
Trying To Come Together
Momager, Kris Jenner was determined to lift Khloe Kardashian’s spirits. She had been so depressed and disconnected the entire pregnancy. Therefore, she threw an intimate but fabulous baby shower which actually lit up Khloe. Everyone reminded the thirty-eight-year-old that once she saw her baby, a boy, that would heal her. Though she was still nervous and scared, the shower cheered her up and she felt better about what was to come. Both Khloe and Kim were there when baby boy Thompson was born. Tristan did come by the hospital but Khloe is preparing to be a single mother.
