‘The View’ Ana Navarro Opens Up About A New Lifestyle Change
The View host Ana Navarro posted a new photo to Instagram over the weekend, sharing details about a recent lifestyle change. It was announced in August that Navarro would become a permanent host on The View. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have time for a fun, new hobby. Keep reading to see what it is.
Ana Navarro On The View
After nearly 10 years of appearing on the daytime talk show regularly, fans were glad to have Ana named a permanent cast member. After that, many wondered how often she’d take a seat at the table.
Around the time the announcement was officially made, Navarro clarified that she wouldn’t be appearing on the talk show every day. However, she would be present a few times each week.

At the time, she said she still had a life and family in Miami. She went on to say that she loves Miami and wouldn’t move for anything. So, appearing on the show takes a lot of effort on her part and time away from the ones she loves.
That being said, she has started making regular appearances on The View every week. When she’s not working on the set, Ana is enjoying life and has seemingly found a new hobby to keep her busy.
What’s Ana’s New Lifestyle Change?
In an Instagram post on Sunday, Ana posed at a pickleball court with a few of her friends and her poodle, Cha-Cha. She captioned the photo, “Back to the pickle-ball court today.” The View cohost also said that they also ran into Elise Ivy. She’s the co-founder of the Rokne pickleball paddle company. Moreover, Elise is photographed along with Navarro and her friends (far right) in the post.

Ana shared that she and a few friends went to the spa together early in the summer. Ultimately, they decided they all needed to make a lifestyle change for the better. She went on to say that instead of their time together revolving around eating and drinking, they now bond by being active.
Even though they still enjoy gathering around food and drink, the four ladies have been enjoying their new type of get-together too. “Who would have thunk?” Navarro joked in her post.
More so, Navarro’s crew has been enjoying playing pickleball in their spare time. For those not familiar, pickleball is a game that includes aspects of badminton, tennis, and ping pong into one game. It uses a flat paddle, which Ana can be seen holding in each of the photos she shared.
