‘DWTS’: Teresa Giudice Gets Pro Dancing Advice From Gia

Teresa Giudice revealed that she got pro dancing advice from her daughter Gia. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star also has one dancer out of her four daughters. She is taking her new stint very seriously as she doesn’t want to let them down. Teresa has been “practicing every single day” with her partner Pasha Pashkov.

Her partner Pasha is married to the reigning champion Daniella. He partnered up with Carole Baskin in Season 29 of Dancing with the Stars. Just days after it was announced that Teresa would partner up with Pasha for Season 31, she knew she had a lot of work to do.

RHONJ star on her lack of dance experience

In an interview with People, Teresa Giudice talked about her lack of dance experience. The Bravo star was an Ultra-Fit Bronzed Goddess at the 2019 Bodybuilding Competition. She’s also an avid yoga lover that she launched her own line of yoga wear called Electric Yoga. However, the incredibly fit reality star has never tried dancing.

Teresa Giudice has been practicing ever since the news came out about her DWTS stint. She got advice from her daughters, including Gia. Teresa shares four daughters with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, who all got their start as dancers. There’s one who’s professionally dancing at the moment.

“[My daughter] Gia, she was a dancer. All four of my daughters started out dancing, like 2 1/2, 3 years old,” Teresa Giudice told People. “Right now, the only one that’s professionally dancing is my youngest, Audriana.”

The mom revealed the advice that her daughter Gia gave her. She told her to “engage” with her partner Pasha. Gia also advised Teresa to “love the dance, feel the music, and really connect with the audience.” The Housewife has a hard time connecting with her co-stars on the Bravo show so this will be a different experience for her.

Could Teresa Giudice win DWTS Season 31?

Her daughters feel strongly about her competing in Dancing with the Stars. Gia and Milania agree that Teresa Giudice could sweep the competition if she puts her mind to it. She could be the underdog that no one expects to make it all the way through.

“She’s watched Audriana at every dance competition,” Milania told People. “She’s watched a million dancers. I think she’s got it. I believe in her. I think my mom could win anything.”

Teresa Giudice also told herself the words of affirmation she will give herself before each competition: “Don’t be nervous. Just do it.” Instead of flipping tables, she will be the one who gets flipped around for a change. Season 31 of Dancing with the Stars premieres on Monday at 8 p.m. ET on Disney+.
