Even if they live in the city, they would rather keep it casual. Whoopi couldn’t keep a straight face when she talked about the supermodel’s style from the 2022 Met Gala.

Even though the event took place back in May, Kendall Jenner’s look sparked a trend in young Hollywood. On the Monday, September 12 broadcast, the Oscar winner slammed the reality star about the new beauty trend that’s popular among the younger generation.

Kendall Jenner rocks the no-brow trend

The View moderator brought up Hollywood’s no-eyebrow trend. The discussion took place during the “Hot Topics” segment. Whoopi Goldberg broke into laughter when the show returned from commercial break. She admitted that she had to start the segment “with a straight face.”

While the Oscar winner doesn’t like “fluffy” topics such as beauty and fashion, she felt that this needed to be talked about.

“Stars like Kendall Jenner, Lady Gaga, and Doja Cat are getting in on the trend of shaving or bleaching their eyebrows,” Whoopi Goldberg said while she tried not to laugh.

Kendall showed off the look at the Met Gala. Her sister Kim Kardashian followed suit when she rocked platinum blonde eyebrows on the cover of Interview Magazine. The 41-year-old took part in an Americana-inspired photoshoot where she bared her bum again. The 26-year-old model and her counterparts have been embracing this trend more.

“How do you feel about this no-brow look?” Whoopi Goldberg asked her co-hosts.

She sat in silence while the audience nervously laughed. Sara Haines was the first to share her thoughts. The 44-year-old admitted she never noticed that the 66-year-old comedian doesn’t have eyebrows. Whoopi said one of her former husbands never noticed either.

She also revealed that she would paint them on for movie roles. New co-host Ana Navarro shared her thoughts on the trend. She doesn’t like the idea because there are people who have alopecia, chemo treatments, and other health issues. Whoopi Goldberg ended the segment by saying: “Me and my non-eyebrows will be back.”
