Though she has decided not to be on her family’s show, Little People, Big World, she still puts her life on display in other ways. Thanks to the Roloff family name, she has quite a few social media followers who she’s often sharing intimate details of her life with.
She’s often very honest about everything from mental health to postpartum. So, her talking about anxiety once again may not surprise you.

Isabel Roloff talks about crippling anxiety.
On her Instagram Stories, Isabel Roloff put up a box so fans could send in questions. She often hosts little Q&A sessions on social media and shares her thoughts openly with fans. This time, one fan wanted to know about how she handles anxiety.
When a fan asked how she successfully lives her life despite being anxious, Isabel said, “I don’t know that I do…I have a hard time a lot.”
She added that she’s accepted that anxiety is a part of her life. So, she tries to make herself feel safe and comfortable despite her anxiety. She felt that accepting her anxiety was a pretty big deal.
Jacob Roloff’s wife continued, “I need to make sure my nervous system doesn’t feel on edge all the time so I plan things and make sure I know what to expect for the most part so I can be sure to still enjoy life and not just worry all the time.”
Isabel Roloff also gives herself pep talks and accepts them from those close to her.
Isabel’s response may help others dealing with anxiety feel less alone. Amid the difficult moments, she has found ways to make herself feel better.
