In a new Instagram post, Sara displayed her muscular and lean legs. Fans were impressed by her physique and her casual attire since she’s always buttoned up on the talk show.

Sara Haines takes part in a serious volleyball game

On Sunday, August 21, Sara Haines posted a photo on her Instagram feed of their serious game of family volleyball. The former GMA3 co-host squatted as she held the volleyball and thought about her next move. Two of her kids held out their arms, waiting to strike the ball. Sara wore a white tank top with black denim cutoff shorts.

The 44-year-old put her muscular legs on display in the photo. Her blonde hair was worn in a messy bun and she wore thongs in the grass. Sara wanted to teach her kids how to play the game.

She squatted as her son Alec, six, her daughter Sandra, four, and Caleb, three, crouched down and waited to receive it. The busy mom revealed that she always wanted to have her own volleyball team. She captioned the photo: “When a mama decides to recruit a vball team on vaco. [sic]” Sara also included the hashtag “keepin’ it in the family.”

Fans took to the comment section to gush over the intimate photo. They loved seeing this side of Sara outside the ABC daytime show. “Beautiful! Sara!
