‘Today’ Star Savannah Guthrie Suffers Injury
Today anchor Savannah Guthrie is in pretty excellent shape. Rumors continue to circle about the anchor’s alleged ongoing feud with Hoda Kotb. But that wasn’t going to stop Savannah from promoting fitness and wellness.
Sadly, things didn’t quite go according to plan. The journalist admitted she suffered a pretty painful injury in the middle of the workout session. Keep reading to get the details.
Savannah Guthrie learns to laugh through the pain
Savannah Guthrie was just hoping to share her love of health and fitness with the rest of the world. The 50-year-old shared on her Instagram page that she was participating in an exercise session and really “feeling the burn.” But things took a bit of a turn for the worse.
How is the Today anchor handling the pain?
The Sun reports that afterward, Savannah admitted she injured her ankle in the middle of the session.
“A real good time til my ankle buckled,” she updated her online followers. In other posts, she poked fun at herself for hurting her ankle and labeled herself a “big dork.”
Fortunately, it seems as if everything is going to be all right. Savannah Guthrie will likely be back to her fitness routine before long. Many fans ultimately appreciate that she can laugh at herself and carry on anyway.
The alleged feud with Hoda Kotb reportedly continues
Today viewers seemed to have picked up on some negative vibes between Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb. For whatever reason, the women just don’t seem to have on-air chemistry. So what’s actually going on between the cohosts?

And now, there are some new rumors making their rounds on the internet. Some believe that Savannah may actually be parting ways with Today. However, there may not be any merit to these rumors. After all, some fans also believed that Hoda Kotb may actually be the one leaving.
Either way, Today viewers sincerely hope that Hoda and Savannah can find some common ground. Their onscreen tension definitely does not make for a very positive viewing experience.

It wouldn’t bother me if Savannah left, she comes across to me as a “I’m better than you” kind of person, haven’t ever really been crazy about her personality either, would love to see Hoda stay!

I cant wait for the day Savannah is gone she is the reason i dont hardly watch the show. It isnt about her much as she would like for it to be. She is the most rude person i have ever seen. She may not like donald trump but he was our president at the time and she should have showed him the same respect as any one else if she ever show anyone else respect. But it was all about me me me i out done donald trump. Cant wait for her to leave. I would have fired her over that if i had been her boss.
