Fans called out Kourtney Kardashian’s wasteful behavior. Like much of the country, there’s a drought in Los Angeles. The 43-year-old has been overusing water like it’s not running out. A new report named her for using 245% of her allotted water use.

Fans slammed the Kardashian-Jenner clan in the past for being wasteful. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Kris Jenner was criticized for all the food she stocks in her refrigerator. She has an extreme appliance that contains fresh green vegetables and several containers of ice cream. The family even got slammed for their elaborate Easter Sunday dinner.

Report: Kourtney Kardashian overuses water amid drought

Per CBS News, Kourtney Kardashian was named as one of the many homeowners who doubled their district’s monthly water allotment. Los Angeles County has enacted a strict water law amid the drought. According to California Water Boards, all residents must conserve water.

The mom of three isn’t one of those following the rules. She doubled the water allotment “for four months,” according to the report. California is going through its worst drought in 1,200 years. Six million in the Los Angeles, San Bernandino, and Ventura counties have to follow the water limitations.

Southern California had to reduce its water use. Residents must water outdoor plants once a week. This is just one of the many conservation rules. However, the rules don’t apply to Kourtney Kardashian. CBS News named her along with several other people.

“$8 million Calabasas home, water records from the Las Virgenes Water District show the home using 245% of its allotted water budget in May. That was the fourth month it went over budget since severe drought restrictions were put into place.”

That’s the same home that belongs to Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker. Since their May 2022 wedding, the couple has resided at her 11,500-square-foot Tuscan-style home with her kids Mason, 12, Penelope, nine, and Reign, seven. Kourtney has shared many splashy bikini photos from her infinity pool. Fans aren’t happy with their favorite Kardashian and are calling her out for her “shameful” behavior.

Some fans think Kourtney Kardashian should end up with a hefty fine. Others think the public should shame her for her behavior. One fan took to Reddit to post a screenshot of the report. Fans sounded off in the tread, calling out the Poosh founder for being wasteful even though she claims to live an ecological lifestyle.
