WWE Raw: 3 Must-See Moments
Bobby Lashley and Theory set US Title rematch
Just 24 hours earlier, Bobby Lashley defeated Theory to become the new United States Champion. By the end of the night, Theory found himself as a mystery entrant in the Money in the Bank match. To the surprise of many, Theory pulled down the briefcase and won the match. On WWE Raw, Theory kicked off the show and went face to face with Bobby Lashley. Theory will be getting his rematch for the US Title at Summerslam, however, he has bigger plans. The new Money in the Bank winner announced he would be cashing in at Summerslam.
Liv Morgan’s first challenge
At WWE Money in the Bank, Liv Morgan pulled off the upset and won the women’s MITB ladder match. While she had a year to cash in her contract, Morgan decided she was not going to wait. After Ronda Rousey successfully defended her title against Natalya, Morgan’s music hit. Within minutes, Morgan rolled up Rousey to become the new champion. On Monday Night Raw, Morgan came out to address the fans, however, she was interrupted by Nataya and Carmella. Bianca Belair appeared leading to a tag team match with the champions getting the win.
Fireworks and Hot Dogs
July 4th Hot Dog Contest
As the Fourth of July kicked off, the party moved to WWE Raw. A hot dog eating contest was part of the festivities, with Tozawa and Otis taking part in the competition. With the Alpha Academy scheduled for a match, it proved to be a poor decision on Otis’ part. After being on the losing end of a 6-man tag, Gable checked on his partner only for Otis to throw up hot dogs all over the ring.
