Does Ryan Paevey Want To Make A Third Mr. Darcy Movie For Hallmark?
When Ryan Paevey recently promoted his new Hallmark movie, Two Tickets To Paradise, he spoke to TV Insider about a cornucopia of things. One of those questions was whether or not there will be a third Mr. Darcy movie.
Does Ryan Paevey want to do a third movie? Judging by his answer, yes he does!
I hope. We’ve been ready to go since we walked off the set of number 2. I’m in. I know Cindy [Busby] is in. I can probably call Frances [Fisher] and see if she would want to join us for a few days. I think we’re good to go. It’s a question of if the powers-that-be want to do another one. I know fans are pumped about the potential.

What Does Ryan Paevey Say to Fans Regarding Hallmark Making Another Mr. Darcy Movie?
Just two years ago, Ryan Paevey took over the Hallmark Channel Instagram page for about a half-hour. Someone asked if he had news about a new Mr. Darcy movie. He answered their question with two things.
First, he suggested that to “keep your fingers crossed.” Two, “Keep telling the powers that be that this is what you want.”
The former General Hospital star has previously shared that he wanted the third movie to be the honeymoon trip around the world. It has been four years, perhaps it is more realistic to think the Darcys have now been happily married for four years and one of them now wants to raise Siberian Huskies instead of Cavalier King Charles? Or perhaps Donovan’s sister Zara has met a Wickham-like scoundrel that is trying to take away the family fortune?
Whatever the case, Ryan believes that Hallmark is changing how they are telling stories. Paevey has recently signed an exclusive, multi-picture contract, therefore, he believes in the direction that the feel-good network is going.
It’s rare you can find a place like Hallmark that will consistently serve feel-good stuff. We get the accusation that it’s a little repetitive. Powers that be know that. The fundamental storylines and equations are starting to change. Becoming more inclusive, embracing a broader range of content and subject matter to be more reflective of real life. The core of it is still the same. The stuff we have you should be able to smile a little wider after watching.
Wouldn’t the Paevey Pack smile just a little more with a new Mr. Darcy movie?
