When Will ‘The Boys’ Season 3 Finale Air On Amazon Prime Video?
The Boys is back and airing new episodes on Amazon Prime. The show’s second season aired in September 2020, so it’s been a year and a half since fans had a chance to see new episodes. But all good things must come to an end eventually. The first four episodes of the show are now available to stream on Amazon Prime. The next four episodes will come out each Friday until the season ends. So when exactly will The Boys Season 3 finale air?
The Boys Season 3 only has four more unaired episodes
The first three episodes of The Boys Season 3 dropped on Amazon Prime Video on June 3, 2022. Some fans would prefer to binge the newest season in one sitting, but Amazon is making subscribers wait for new content.
The fourth episode dropped on June 10 and the fifth episode will be here on June 17, this Friday.
So when will the rest of Season 3 come out?
It might be really tough to wait, but there are only eight total episodes planned for The Boys Season 3. The first half of the season is already out, so there will only be four new episodes to go. Here is the schedule for the remaining episodes:
- Episode 5 — June 17
- Episode 6 — June 24
- Episode 7 — July 1
- Episode 8 — July 8
The season’s fifth episode is expected to be a musical. That’s definitely going to be an interesting detour from the show’s dark and twisted nature.
What’s going on with the gang in Season 3?
Producers definitely didn’t shy away from the blood and guts this season. Within the first 15 minutes of the season premiere, fans already got their fill of gore.
And this season, Homelander is completely unhinged. Starlight, Hughie, Butcher, and the rest of the crew just want to bring him down. But that may be easier said than done. After all, he’s virtually indestructible.
And to make matters worse, Hughie now knows that Victoria Neuman is secretly the head-popper. Working alongside her without getting killed himself is going to prove to be difficult.
It’s been a very wild ride so far and fans can’t wait to see where the rest of the season will go. If the finale ends in a cliffhanger, hopefully fans won’t have to wait another 18 months before the fourth season comes out. Amazon recently made the decision to renew the show for a fourth season. Hopefully, the fan-favorite characters will be back for another season of vengeance and mayhem. But for now, everyone will have to stay tuned for more information.
