Critics called her out for posting on social media amid the ongoing court case. However, the Bravo star just wants to have fun. She thinks she should be able to say what she wants without repercussions. Erika also claims that she’s innocent to this day.

RHOBH star shows off her flexibility

Erika Jayne literally flexed on Instagram. Last week, she shared a photo of herself having a wild time on stage with her backup dancers. The photo appears to be an outtake from her “Xxpensive” music video. It shows her wearing a hot pink Spandex bodysuit that featured a tie around the waist. Erika paired her look with thigh-high shiny leather boots.

Her booty and cleavage were on display in the photo. She did a split alongside her backup dancers, who wore navy blue bodysuits with matching thigh-high boots. Erika wore her signature blonde hair in soft waves, while the dancers wore high ponytails.

Erika Jayne confuses fans with her Instagram post

Some fans found Erika Jayne’s post confusing. One thought they saw Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, and Teddi Mellencamp in the background. “I thought it was dorit, teddi and Lisa in the background 😂🤣,” they joked.

Others thought she was reminiscing about the good times when her music career was on fire. Erika Jayne’s husband Thomas Girardi helped her become who she is to this day. With his money and connections, she started her global company, EJ Global. In February 2022, Erika’s company was suspended amid the ongoing embezzlement case.

Attorney Ronald Richards confirmed on Instagram that EJ Global, LLC was suspended for “improper reasons.” The main issue was that Erika owned 100% of the entity. The Los Angeles-based attorney also revealed that EJ Global was listed as a defendant in multiple lawsuits long before it was suspended. The Franchise Tax Board suspended the company for not complying with tax codes.

“This is the entity that the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) has declared was not really a business for profit but was simply a business where they improperly used it for what are called lifestyle expenses, which in turn gave Erika and Tom improper tax deductions on their joint tax return.”

Erika’s case will still be a major plot in Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The reality star is trying to distance herself from her estranged husband.
