If you don’t know, here’s a quick reminder of who’s who in the Duggar family. Mary is the mother of Deanna and Jim Bob. Jim Bob has 19 children, while Deanna has just one daughter, Amy King. Sadly, Grandma Mary unexpectedly passed away a couple of years ago.
Since Mary’s tragic death, many of the family’s dark secrets have been brought to light. Josh Duggar was arrested in 2021 for receiving and possessing child pornography. And he’s since been convicted and sentenced to more than 12 years behind bars.
Because Mary passed away before all of this came out, Deanna is now sharing what she thinks her mother would think of the news.
Deanna Duggar reveals what Grandma Mary would think of Jim Bob today.
In a new Instagram post on Friday, June 10, Deanna spoke with fans about why she is talking about her famous family. She made it clear that she is not in it for fame and fortune. Instead, she says she needs “to take a stand for what is right.”
When a fan commented and asked whether Deanna Duggar thinks Mary would have spoken out, she responded,” Yes I most certainly do! She was told a different story just like we were!”
Then, she continued, “If she was here she would be talking directly to some family members and telling what Almighty God says about abusers, liars, and being deceitful!”
It sounds like Deanna Duggar believes her mother Mary would not be happy with Jim Bob or Josh if she was still here. Some fans believe Mary’s sudden death was protection from all of these disgusting details and family drama.
Deanna may continue to speak out against Jim Bob and Josh. She claims she wants to do what’s right and speak the truth. So, maybe she will have more details to spill soon.
