Kourtney Kardashian’s Son Mason Shares True Feelings For Step-Daddy
On a recent episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker got engaged. Because the cameras are always rolling, everyone could see Kourtney’s kids’ reactions to the whole thing. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to take it too well. Now, in a new episode of the show, Mason is revealing his true feelings for his new dad.
Mason talks about Travis Barker
It seems that maybe having a stepdad isn’t so bad! Despite the kids’ reactions to Kourtney and Travis getting engaged, Mason Disick has seemingly come around to his mom’s union. Kim Kardashian actually talks about it on the new episode of The Kardashians.
Apparently, according to The Sun, it starts with Mason really hyping up Travis’ studio to North West.
“He was like, ‘It [the studio] is so cool’, and he was telling North, ‘They have these bikes, it just so fun,'” she says. She continues by saying that since the engagement, he has been much happier with the union.
“His tune has totally changed since the engagement,” she says.
Mason’s happiness doesn’t end there though. Kim reveals that he actually told North that having a stepdad ‘isn’t so bad.’ If that isn’t an improvement then nothing is!
“I heard him say to North, ‘You know, getting a step-dad isn’t so bad… they’re not these evil people that you see in the movies,’” she says.
How cute is that? It seems like Travis is really getting along with Kourtney’s kids! Hopefully, it’s the same way for the other two.
Reign seen crying with Kourtney Kardashian
Of course, Mason isn’t Kourtney’s only child. She also has Reign, her other son, and her daughter, Penelope. While Mason has come around, the other children may not have. Mason is the oldest so it makes sense that he would come around the fastest.
While in Italy for the wedding, Reign was actually seen sobbing while holding his mom’s hand. While it’s not certain he was crying over the marriage, it also wouldn’t be too surprising. When they got engaged none of Kourtney’s kids seemed particularly happy about the union.
It will be interesting to see how their relationship with their step-dad continues to evolve as time goes on!
