Some fans think Kim Kardashian’s diet was unnecessary. They also slammed her for going on a dangerous diet. Critics and fitness experts also shared their thoughts. They agree that it’s dangerous for Kim to promote losing a lot of weight in just a short amount of time. The reality star fired back at the criticism.
In an interview with The New York Times, the 41-year-old addressed the backlash. She brushed off the criticism over her health. Kim Kardashian claims that she never goes to extremes. She claims that her routine consists of a healthy diet, running twice a day, and a sauna suit.
“I didn’t do anything unhealthy,” Kim Kardashian declared. “I just simply couldn’t have gone, which wouldn’t have mattered. It was just important to me to reach that goal.”
In a previous interview with Vogue, she revealed that she lost 16 pounds in just three weeks. She was “determined to fit into it.” She skipped carbs and sugar during that time. Kim bragged that she celebrated with pizza and donuts on the night of the big event.
Promoting unhealthy standards?

“Going from a restrictive low-carb, low-sugar diet to eating highly processed, deep-fried and high sugar foods is not really a good idea,” Kim Pearson told The Sun. “A proportion is likely to be water loss which accompanies low carb diets. As soon as she eats carbohydrates this water loss will immediately be regained.”
The expert advises against crash diets since they can affect the digestive system, energy levels, immunity, and the menstrual cycle. It can even have negative effects on one’s mental health.
