In a new preview for Welcome to Plathville Season 4, TLC gives fans a peek at what’s ahead for the Plath family. Specifically, it looks like there’s some drama between sisters Lydia and Moriah Plath. The two girls share a tear-filled conversation. So, what’s going on?

Over the weekend, TLC gave Welcome to Plathville viewers another preview of what’s ahead. In the clip they shared, sisters Moriah and Lydia are sitting at an outdoor table at a restaurant. Lydia has tears streaming down her face as she has a serious conversation with her sister. Both girls look unhappy and emotional over this recent conflict.

Welcome to Plathville star Moriah looks at her sister across the table and says, “I don’t quite understand why you did that.” 

Lydia admits, “Looking back, I made a huge mistake and I’m so sorry.” 

This is very vague, so it’s unclear what happened and what has Lydia feeling so emotional. It looks like there are many answers to come in the new season of the show.

Welcome to Plathville fans speculate about what’s ahead for the sisters.

In the comments section of TLC’s latest promo video for Welcome to Plathville, fans are trying to figure out what’s going on between the sisters. Many think it could have something to do with Max Kallschmidt, Moriah’s ex.

Someone asks, “Did Lydia and Max hook up?”

Another TLC fan thinks that Lydia and Max didn’t hook up in the traditional sense due to her firm religious beliefs. They explain, “Sounds like Lydia *thought* that because she hugged him or had a crush on him.”

Others seem to think that Lydia might have hit on Max or that they flirted.

However, we don’t know for sure just yet. Whatever’s going on will be addressed in the new season. So, fans will have to wait a little bit longer to find out what’s going on between Moriah and Lydia. It could be something that doesn’t involve Max whatsoever.
