The Season 9 stars shared their thoughts on their 23-year age gap in the preview clip posted by TLC. The new season of the ever-growing franchise is about international couples who try to make their troubled relationships work. This new season features six new couples with a returning favorite.

Meet Yvette and her younger boyfriend Mohamed

The preview clip for the next episode of Season 9 of 90 Day Fiance is finally here. Fans will get to meet Yvette and her much younger boyfriend Mohamed. The 48-year-old American is dating her 25-year-old boyfriend from Egypt. Some fans noticed him in the trailer and wanted to learn more about him.

90 Day Fiance fans couldn’t help but notice his muscular physique in the social media posts. They also noticed that Yvette looks like something out of a Real Housewives show. The couple has many differences in their relationship. Suddenly, the obvious age gap isn’t the only problem.

Mohamed comes from a conservative upbringing. He’s uncomfortable when he sees Yvette wearing a bikini. He compares the moment to being “naked” in public. Yvette and Mohamed met on social media, as most the new couples have on this season of 90 Day Fiance.

Mohamed took interest in Yvette after he saw her photos. She responded quickly to his messages, and they started talking from there. The much older woman wanted to get to know him better, so she booked a trip to Egypt so they could finally meet. Mohamed admitted that he was a virgin before he met her.

Despite his conservative views, they ended up consummating their relationship. Yvette bragged about Mohamed’s bedroom skills in her confessional. However, their cultural differences become a problem in their relationship. 90 Day Fiance fans already know that conservative foreign men and liberal American women often clash on the show.

90 Day Fiance couple doesn’t care about the age gap

The 23-year age gap between them is not a big deal. Yvette and Mohamed admit they don’t think much about it. The official YouTube channel for 90 Day Fiance shared the preview of the next episode of 90 Day Fiance Season 9, Episode 2. In her confessional, Yvette admits she thought Mohamed was a catfish at first because of his message, which read, “so nice profile.”

They got to know each other through video chats and daily text messages. Suddenly, their obvious age gap melted away. Yvette feels that she and Mohamed got to know each other on a deeper level. She didn’t pay attention to that.

“Even though I’m 48 years old and Mohamed is 25, the age thing just doesn’t matter for us,” the 90 Day Fiance newbie admitted in the sneak peek.

Within just a few weeks, the couple confessed their love for one another. Yvette felt there was an instant “connection” between them. She bought a plane ticket to see for sure. Of course, this isn’t the only relationship on 90 Day Fiance that’s had an age gap.
