Jill & Derick Dillard On The Move Before Baby Arrives?
Are Counting On alums Jill and Derick Dillard making a big move before their new baby arrives? The couple seems to have big plans ahead as they prepare to welcome baby number three to the world in July 2022. They already have two other sons, Israel and Samuel.

Jill and Derick’s home in Lowell, Arkansas is currently on the market. As of Tuesday, April 19, a sale was already pending. Per the Realtor.com listing, it’s only been on the market for three days.
It looks like Jill and Derick Dillard shouldn’t have any trouble selling their home if a sale is already pending. They might have received several offers considering how the housing market is right now.
Hopefully, they can find a home for their growing family just as easily.
The Duggar couple listed their 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home for $279,900. It’s 1,468 square feet and features a two-car attached garage.
Their home was built in 2019 on an square-foot lot.
Are they trying to move before baby number three arrives?
After finding out that Jill and Derick’s home is on the market, you might be wondering why they are moving. A home with four bedrooms is big enough for their growing family.
However, in a blog post on Tuesday, April 19, Jill revealed the real reason behind this move.
She wrote, “We are joining the masses of people who are currently navigating this crazy real estate market…we are moving!! We are sad to say goodbye to our very first home that we bought three years ago, but pray it brings much joy to the next family who will get to make memories here.”
The Duggar daughter continued, “We are moving for a new job Derick recently accepted and are super excited for new adventures!”
So far, Jill and Derick haven’t shared much information about his job or their new home. But hopefully, they will be moved in and settled by the time their third son arrives in July.
