Paedon Brown More Like Father Kody Than He Realizes?
Paedon Brown may not have the best relationship with his father Kody at the present moment. Yet fans believe the two Brown men may be more alike than either cares to admit. Could this be true? Fans are speaking out and their views have a lot of validity to them.
Paedon Brown Watches His Family Crumble
Season 16 of Sister Wives was extremely tough for the Brown family. It showed just how distant they had become based on Kody’s strict pandemic protocols. Additionally, it showed the breakdown of one of Kody’s marriages and how that went on to affect the family as a whole. When COVID began, Kody maintained he would continue his rotation between Robyn, Janelle, and Christine’s homes. However, there were a lot of stipulations the wives and the kids had to follow. Unfortunately, it was too much for some. Janelle has two children with lives outside of the home and she wanted that to continue. Gabriel was still in school with a girlfriend while Garrison was an essential worker. Kody believed that their being social posed a risk for the whole family.
Over at Christine’s, she could not stay away from her kids in other states. She followed the CDC guidelines and did what was necessary but it was not enough for Kody. Their struggling marriage continued to suffer and eventually, she packed up his stuff and ended the marriage. Janelle also took a stand against her husband so no one was truly happy with their situation or the distance. He also refused to listen to his children when they were crying out for help. In the end, Christine left the family and he admitted he had off relationships with some children. Paedon saw this and did not keep quiet.
Open And Honest
After the season ended and Christine had left, Paedon Brown opened up on TikTok. He shared his relationship with his dad was not great. Furthermore, he mocked his mother’s most popular question from the season: What. Does. The. Nanny. Do? by wearing a T-shirt sent in by a fan. According to Screen Rant, all of his posts and interviews are leading fans to believe Paedon is much more like Kody than maybe Paedon would like to believe. First off, he has been promoting himself big-time online to the point where he has asked how he can get validated on TikTok. He would love a blue checkmark next to his name but that would require one next to his Instagram handle, as well.
Second, he is very invested in what is best for himself, even if that means hurting those around him. He has had no qualms talking about issues with his siblings or his issues with his father’s fourth wife. Fans believe he is all about attention and less about compassion. Redditors have had this to say about Christine and Kody’s son: “Paedon is the only Brown boy who [mimics] Kody’s need for attention… [Paedon] has major Kody vibes.” Another added: “Insecurities. I think both [Kody and Paedon] need constant validation.” Finally, they believe he is making money without really doing anything, much like his father.
