Amy Roloff: ‘Stuck’ & Lost, Needs To Take Care Of Herself
Amy Roloff of LPBW had a lot to say about the way she’s been feeling on Instagram. She kicked off the pandemic for consuming the last two years of her life. Did the pandemic leave her drowning in a pool of her emotions? Amy Roloff seems to think so. The TLC personality proceeded to spill her guts on Instagram. And, she was careful to include that she realized she needed to take better care of herself.
Amy Roloff feels stuck and lost
The TLC personality firmly believes she allowed the pandemic to spend the last two years eating away at the best parts of her. She, however, has decided she’s done allowing the pandemic to control her life. “I’ve decided I need to, once again, take a little more care of me.” She declared.
I felt stuck. I didn’t really know what to do. I needed a mission but felt lost. Lord what do I do now? I know these last two years were tough for many of you as well, in different ways.”
Amy Roloff clarified she knew she wasn’t the only one feeling lost and stuck amid the pandemic. She knew the past two years had been difficult on a lot of people.
She’s grateful for her support network
Amy Roloff continued to admit she has a pretty incredible support network. She continued to pen in her caption: “I’m grateful to have Chris in my life, getting married, a fabulous friend and business partner (Lisa) , friends in my life and Debi here who is rooting me on this journey of getting back to a healthier me in the mist of my love for cooking/baking.”
The Little People, Big World star concluded her post by noting one of the most important things a person can do is “never give up.” Amy emphasized how important it was to continue to hold on to your friends, your family, and your faith.
Never give up on you, your family, your friends and most importantly don’t give up on faith in Jesus and God. He knows, He cares, He loves you then, now, forever. This is what has been on my heart.”
Amy Roloff explained to her followers all of these thoughts and emotions have been weighing pretty heavily on her heart. So, she needed to get them out there in the open. Her post came complete with several photos of herself and her friend pushing themselves to get up and walk every day.

Oh my goodness. This pandemic has taken its toll on everyone. Amy, don’ feel stuck. The past two years have not been nice to anyone in one way or another. I lost my husband a year ago last month to the dreaded COVID. Hopefully things will get better soon. You are loved. Hi Chris!
My heart goes out to you. I understand that it doesn’t feel like it now. Please have hope that it will be better to cope with for you.
I felt stuck after losing my best friend to covid 19 last February, there was no turning back, we told her goodbye at her memorial service I knew her 20 years
Through the pandemic there has been many upsets.
The sadness would be the lost a a loved one, and personal health issues that required surgery and left me in the hospital for a week with no contact to loved ones.
Very isolating!
Then caring a a sister in last stage of Alzheimer’s !
She was hopitilzed ,alone ,in pain and no connection to any loved one.
Painful and disturbing to us.
You had a year connected to Cris you married and remained in good health!
For that life was good !
Let go of unnecessary negative thought be happy to know all is good!
Enjoy , and embrace the positive.
Writing your thoughts can be the cathartic jumpstart you need. Reading your words at a later time can be healing.
I feel the same way. I just posted about it on Facebook. Finding it hard to get out of rut. So many say I’m here if you need me but none reach out. Sleeping and crying are what I’ve been doing. Hoping an upcoming trip will help.
Love you Amy & Chris. And love that you do turn to The Lord! He will direct our paths. God Bless you abundantly.
