‘Bringing Up Bates’: Katie & Travis Having A Baby Sooner Than Planned?
Might former Bringing Up Bates stars Katie Bates and Travis Clark be adding a new baby to their family soon? It seemed like the couple was waiting to grow their family, but now, Katie is dropping hints about what her future might hold.
In an Instagram story Q&A session recently, Katie and Travis talked about their future babies. From that video, it sounded like they weren’t quite ready to have a baby yet. When asked about kids, Travis joked, “I’ve got enough to worry about with this one.” He pointed toward Katie while answering.
On social media, Katie has been leaving hints about the future of her family. It might all just be a joke, at least for now. But Bringing Up Bates fans wouldn’t be surprised if a baby is in Travis and Katie’s future.
In one Instagram Reel, Katie teased that her dress would look cute with a baby bump.

Now, Katie is visiting her sister, Carlin Bates, and had the chance to meet her new baby, Zade. She shared a photo of herself cradling the new baby boy.
In her post, Katie wrote, “Caught a flight to come meet my newest nephew 🤍 You’re perfect.”
Then, she added a warning for Travis, writing, “@travis.clark_ I might be coming home with baby fever 🤭”
In response, Travis commented, “Oh boy 😍😂”
Several Bringing Up Bates fans have commented on Katie’s post and are encouraging her to wait to have a baby of her own. One says, “Take your time, no need to rush! Enjoy being an Auntie to so many littles!”
Another says, “You’re young Katie.. take your time, travel and enjoy being with Travis. Plenty of time for kids!”
One more fans comments, “You are young take your time and enjoy being married.”
Just because she has baby fever doesn’t mean she’ll have a kid anytime soon, though. We’ll have to see what happens with Katie and Travis. Some fans don’t think it will be long before a new little one joins the Bates family, but who knows what they will decide to do?
