Parker Busby falls from swing set, lands on head
Adam Busby attached the video he made to the song “All Star” by Smash Mouth. The video was timed perfectly with Parker’s drop to the ground. In the video, Adam appeared to be hanging on the swings with Hazel beside him. He panned the video over the Parker and said “there’s P.K.” just seconds before she lost her grip and tumbled to the ground. Parker Busby ended up falling head first and hitting the top of her head on the ground.
The video still focused on Parker as she rolled up to a kneeling position with both hands cradling her head. While Adam was slightly distanced from Parker, fans in the comments believed it looked like she was crying. Adam instantly asked Parker if she was alright before the camera panned back to him. Adam Busby could be heard saying “uh-oh” and chuckling a bit before the video ended.
OutDaughtered fans had mixed feelings about the video
Adam Busby likely anticipated getting some backlash for the video as he felt the need to include a hashtag reassuring fans she was fine. Sadly, that did not stop some fans from taking issue with the video. A few fans noted they didn’t think the video was that funny and they didn’t understand why he decided to share this with everyone.
“Hmm don’t find this funny just saying,” one fan penned in a comment liked a dozen times indicating they weren’t the only one who felt this way.
Adam Busby fired back at the individual noting Parker was absolutely fine and there was no reason not to laugh about it later.
Other individuals chimed in that if the accident had resulted in a serious injury, Adam would have never posted this video.
“I would have chuckled if it was my kid too. She’s okay peeps.” One fan penned noting that Adam reacted no differently than most other parents would.
