Is Jana Duggar’s dating history a throne of lies? According to a Distractify exclusive, the former TLC personality’s dating history is more fiction than fact. Turns out, the outlet sat down with a former friend of the family.
More than happy to be identified by his real name, the family friend was quick to spill the tea on Jana’s dating life. More importantly, the former family friend also shared his thoughts on the real reason she was still single.
Why hasn’t Jana Duggar ever courted anyone?
As far as Duggar fans are aware, Jana Duggar has never really courted (or been in a relationship) with anyone. There are a lot of rumors that Jana still lives at home because she isn’t interested in men. Furthermore, fans suspected she has a best friend who was more than just a friend. These rumors also alleged that Jim Bob Duggar did what he could to keep Jana away from her rumored girlfriend.
Who is the family friend?
Bowman Fedosky is the name of the former family friend that reached out to the media outlet. He used to be part of the fundamentalist religion the Duggar family practices. He was close to several of Jim Bob and Michelle’s children. Today, his parents still remain close to the Duggar family.
Bowman was happy to share his thoughts on why Jana Duggar was still single. He started off by clarifying it was not his intention to smear Jana’s family. He, however, did think some of Jim Bob’s children jumped the gun on getting married and ended up in unhappy relationships.
I don’t want to talk bad about all the kids, but pretty much what you do is that you reach an age, you get married, you have kids. I even thought a few times, [the Duggar kids] might have done that kind of quick and maybe married someone who wasn’t the best for them just to get married. I think [Jana’s] probably not wanting to do that and probably wanting to actually find someone she loves. I think she’s probably just waiting for the right person.”

Relationship rumors have swirled around Jana Duggar for years. For a long time, fans hoped she would end up with Lawson Bates. More recently, she was linked to Stephen Wissmann. Rumors have also swirled that Jana was in a relationship with her best friend, Laura DeMasie. All of her alleged relationships have been nothing more than rumors and speculation.
Fans suspect Jana Duggar is just busy enjoying life with her massive family close by. A lot of fans love that Jana is still single. They, however, wish she would move out of her parents’ house and live a single life as an adult away from her parents.
