Joe Millionaire Kurt Sowers shares different account of Carolyn Moore exit
Variety caught up with Joe Millionaire’s Kurt Sowers to get the inside scoop on many things. One thing discussed was Carolyn Moore and her dramatic exit.
Kurt was asked about Carolyn’s dramatic exit and also about his contact with her post-show. He said, “Yeah, her exit was pretty dramatic, and she’s still being pretty dramatic.” He went on to say that he reached out to some of the women after his split from Amanda. Kurt said he and many of the ladies are “trauma bonded” after their experience and remain friends.
Carolyn recently appeared on the Reality Steve podcast where she basically said that Kurt wanted to reconcile with her. Carolyn said he reached out to her almost immediately after his relationship with Amanda ended. She also said he told her he made a huge mistake letting her go. However, Kurt has a different take on it all.
Kurt said, “And now with Carolyn, I thought that maybe we can be cordial as well. It seems that she’s trying to manipulate that situation a little bit right now and I don’t really know what her end goal is. Maybe her end goal is just to keep a little drama going, I’m not real sure. There’s no future for her and I either. That has and will always be off the table.”
Does he understand why Carolyn was shocked he sent her home?
Kurt was also asked if he understood why Carolyn was so thrown off when he eliminated her. He said he could understand why she was shocked. He noted they did have a strong bond but watching the show back on television he realized there were too many questions left unanswered.
Kurt said, “So I think it was in my best interest to avoid that relationship. I just didn’t see it being a very long relationship. It’s unfortunate; the relationship with Amanda obviously was not very long either.”
He also noted that he does not regret not choosing Carolyn.
