Josiah Duggar Used His Hand To Learn Being Affectionate With Lauren
An old clip of Josiah Duggar has resurfaced online and it is one of the most cringe things you’ve probably seen in a while. He detailed how he practiced kissing before marrying his wife, Lauren. Fans took to Reddit to discuss the bizarre throwback video and speculate about where Josiah and Lauren are today.
Josiah Duggar Wanted To Practice Kissing Before Getting Married
A throwback Counting On clip resurfaced on the internet where Josiah Duggar says he practiced kissing on his hand before getting married. He said in the video, “I wondered what it feels like, so I practiced on my hand. I think practicing on my hand was just to see what it felt like, from her side probably.”
Josiah went on to explain that being able to feel the kiss on his hand allowed him to make adjustments. For instance, maybe his lips need to be fuller, or another change needed to be made. He said, “You gotta think about it.”
People were quick to comment on the clip about how cringe-worthy everything he said was. One person even said, “I can’t bring myself to turn the sound on… Reading the captions was disturbing enough 😳.” Another simply stated, “The second hand embarrassment is real.” One can only imagine how Lauren might feel about seeing the old clip now.

The old saying is that practice makes perfect though. Awkwardly enough, it’s possible that Josiah’s hand kissing practice did some good for the TLC star. The couple got married in 2018 and has a two-year-old, Bella. Lauren and Josiah may have another on the way too.
Is The Couple Expecting Another Baby Any Time Soon?
Rumors have been circulating that Josiah and Lauren are expecting another baby. Neither of them has posted to social media since February 2020. Fans believe that is because Lauren is attempting to hide that they are expecting again.
In fact, sharp-eyed fans spotted what appeared to be a baby bump in recent video footage of Lauren. She was in the background of a few shots at Jed and Katey Duggar’s gender reveal party. One person posted, “Totally looks like a bump.” Others hopped on to agree, “You can see the outline of her belly and she looks pregnant. The lose-fitting sweater cannot be blamed.”

Before this, Josiah and Lauren were last seen in a family photo back in September. A bulk of the Duggar family got together around Labor Day Weekend. Fans of the family were happy to see Lauren and Josiah again because they haven’t appeared on television or in photos much recently. Whether or not this is because they are trying to keep another pregnancy under wraps has yet to be seen.
