Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 newbies Tom Pearson and Ashley Marti can’t see eye-to-eye. The two have been arguing ever since they stepped foot on the yacht. Tom has a crush on Ashley. However, she has eyes for First Mate Gary King.

She even landed a kiss on him on the very first night. Gary has since turned down her requests. He thinks it’s a bad idea to get involved with his crew members after last season. Ashley told Tom that he was too young for her, and he still can’t come to terms with that information.

Ashley Marti reveals how she feels about Tom Pearson

She kept turning Tom down because of his age on Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Before last Monday’s episode, Ashley took to social media to let fans know how she really feels about him. Apparently, the two are on good terms to this day. Ashley and Tom became good friends since filming the show.

“He’s actually my favorite 24 year old. Hope y’all are ready for tonight’s episode!” the Below Deck crew member wrote in her Instagram post.

Ashley shared a photo of her and Tom on the Parsifal III. The third stew wore a black lace bustier, which she paired with deconstructed jeans. Meanwhile, Tom wore a floral shirt with ripped jeans. The two friends even matched their ensembles.

Tom took to the comment section of Ashley’s Instagram post. He joked that it was about time she acknowledged him. Chief engineer Colin MacRae reacted with the laughing emoji. As Below Deck fans know, Colin enjoys the drama that takes place on the sailing yacht, just as long as he doesn’t get involved.

Below Deck star reciprocates the favor

Ashley isn’t the only one who shared an update on their relationship. Just last week, Tom posted a black-and-white photo of himself with his Below Deck Sailing Yacht co-star. He used a filter to capture the moment.

“Life’s better in black and white @belowdeckbravo @belowdecksailing @belowdeckmediterranean @bravotv @bravobygays #belowdeck,” the deckhand captioned the post.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 crew member Kelsie Goglia wrote, “my favorite 23 year olds.” Both Tom and Ashley were 23 during the time of filming. However, both of them corrected Kelsie for how old they are now. They were only joking that they’re older than they are now.
