Lala Kent revealed that she feels “so strong” and “free” since her split from Randall Emmett. The Vanderpump Rules star has been dishing all about her breakup and newfound freedom on her podcast, Give Them Lala. It’s become a source of inspiration for her fans who are going through the same thing. Clearly, her fans wanted to know how Lala has stayed “so strong” since the news of their shocking split.

In October 2021, their engagement came to an end all because of a few photos. Randall was spotted in Nashville with two other women. Lala grabbed her things and their 10-month-old daughter, Ocean, and left her former fiance. She moved out of their Bel-Air home and created a new life for herself.

Lala Kent reveals the secret to her happiness

Lala Kent shared that she feels so “happy” now that she’s “free” from Randall Emmett. Her fans want to know how she does it. During an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday, February 9, the Bravo star explained how she’s been “staying so strong” since breakups are “hard as f***.” Lala has been sharing a lot of wisdom on social media and her podcast.

“Obviously, I get a lot of strength from my daughter,” Lala Kent wrote in her Instagram Story, “but beyond that, I think strength comes with knowing your worth, with or without someone.”

Seeing Randall’s true colors allowed Lala to know that he doesn’t deserve her. She felt “power” at that moment. Lala still has her days where she goes, “what the f***.” But she also found “strength in the fact that I am free.” This made her “happy again.” Lala recognizes the woman in the mirror and likes who she is.

She has since moved on from their engagement. The reality star even admitted that she has started dating again. However, she’s not spending time with just anyone. Lala hired a private investigator to find out everything about her potential suitors.

Vanderpump Rules star found her spark again

Dating allowed Lala Kent to find her spark again. During her Amazon Live on Tuesday, she admitted that she “had a lot of fun” on her first date after her Randall Emmett split. Apparently, this guy passed the background check. The singer took part in a Galentine’s Day-themed live stream with her fans and followers.

Lala Kent dished on the details of her group date. She did not reveal the man’s identity. She only said that he’s good to look at. But, just because he’s hot doesn’t mean she’s ready to commit just yet.

“It was amazing. I had a lot of fun,” Lala Kent said. “I know I’m definitely not ready to date just one person. I want to continue having fun and that’s what it is. He was very fun to look at, by the way. I was like wow, look at that jawline. Good for you. I was like, ‘Damn,’ that jawline. Very into it.”

She learned something valuable from her last relationship. The Give Them Lala founder will not allow someone into her life “without a full background check.” This allows her to know everything about him before getting into a relationship.
