Love Is Blind returns to Netflix with a brand new cast of hopeful singles

The show’s official Instagram page recently started teasing the cast members that we can expect to see this season. Entertainment Weekly put together a slide show of the confirmed contestants so far.

However, it’s still too soon to say which contestants will make it to the altar and which ones won’t make it past the pods. If you check out the Entertainment Weekly slide show, keep in mind that some of the people you see won’t be around all season long.

It seems like many interesting individuals are joining the cast this season. But right now, we don’t know much about them other than their names, ages, and occupations. More information will probably be revealed as we get closer to the launch date.

Is there any hope for the newcomers?

Without a doubt, there will be some drama on Love Is Blind Season 2. It wouldn’t be a great reality TV show without something salacious. After all, marrying someone you just met is a major commitment. Unsurprisingly, most of the relationships forged on Loved Is Blind Season 1 didn’t work out.

But a few of them really did. In case you hadn’t heard, two couples from the first season are still happy and in love.

Amber Pike and Matt Barnett are still happily married. As are Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton. Both couples celebrated their third wedding anniversaries in November.

These four definitely had a positive experience from the show, but Jessica Batten says being on the show was actually “traumatic.”

“After the show wrapped, I didn’t date for quite a while just because it was a very traumatic experience,” she told Us Weekly. “More than anything, I was just trying to duck and cover, and fly under the radar.”

Every reality TV show has a villain. Jessica Batten was definitely that for Love Is Blind Season 1. But she’s worked hard to put the past behind her and move forward. Today she is engaged to someone else and seems really happy.

Jessica’s ex-fiance Mark Cuevas is a proud father these days. Kelly Chase and Kenny Barnes didn’t say “I do” at the altar, but they’re on positive terms and living their best lives.

And after an explosive reunion episode, Damian Powers and Giannina Gibelli split up. She’s dating Blake Horstmann from the Bachelor franchise these days.

Time will only tell where the Love Is Blind Season 2 castmates end up. Keep following us online for more details!
