According to an exclusive sneak preview from People Magazine, Ximena has a pretty big secret. A secret she knows she needs to tell Mike. But, she’s not sure how he’s going to take it because it doesn’t mesh up with what he wants in life. What is her secret? Keep reading for all the details.
Before 90 Day Fiancé: Ximena has a big secret
In People Magazine’s sneak preview for Sunday’s episode, viewers see Ximena sitting down with her sister Wendy to discuss meeting Mike in person. Wendy asks her sister if she hopes Mike will propose and Ximena doesn’t hesitate to say “of course.”
Her sister shifts the conversation slightly and asks if Mike knows that she can not have any more children. The tone of the scene shifts to being a bit sad as depressing music begins to play. She shakes her head no.
During a confessional, she explains that two deliveries and a c-section were not easy on her body. So, she made the difficult decision to get surgery to prevent her from being able to have additional kids. Emotion washed over her as she spoke. It was clear it was not an easy decision for her. But, it was what she decided was best for her body.
Unfortunately, Ximena knows that Mike aspires to be a father one day. And, this is not something she’ll ever be able to give him. She’s not sure how he is going to take this bombshell. She’s afraid it could be a deal-breaker for him. He could decide to end it and leave her.
Why hasn’t she told Mike her big secret?
Viewers agree this is the kind of bombshell you don’t want to drop on someone you have a romantic interest in. So, fans wonder why she waited to tell Mike she couldn’t have any more children. Especially when she knows it is something he wants. Ximena explained to the cameras this wasn’t the kind of bombshell you drop on someone over the phone. She wanted to be face-to-face with Mike. She wanted to see him in person, look him in the eyes, and share her secret with him.
Truthfully, she had no idea how he would respond to this secret. She knew there was a real chance he could end their relationship. Ximena hopes he can see past this bombshell because she thinks she might love him.

I divorced my ex for similiar circumstances. Before we got married, I told him I could not carry any children, and he agreed to adopt, with a lot of stipulations (has to have light skin, etc). 5 years into the marriage, when I brought up the adoption issue, he had the nerve to tell me he NEVER INTENDED to have any more kids. With that knife in my heart, I divorced him. She is setting herself up for a serious fall if Mike really wants kids. Unfortunately, Mike is very uneducated about women…I wish the best for him, but fear the worst.
