Meghan King wants to start 2022 off strong. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is sharing her new year’s resolution. This comes on the heels of her split from Joe Biden’s nephew Cuffe Owens. She took to Instagram to share her 2022 plans with her 1 million followers.

On Thursday, December 30, Meghan posted a sweet photo of her three children, all of whom she shares with her ex-husband Jim Edmonds. They’re laughing as they play by the ocean. Meghan spent the day with her kids at Jensen Beach in Florida. In the caption, she shared her new year’s promise with her fans.

RHOC alum wants to focus on her kids

Meghan explained that her 2022 plans include being a mom to her three children — daughter, Aspen, and twins Hart and Hayes. “2022 resolution. I’m gonna mom the s*** outta this year,” Meghan King captioned the photo. “Top that. Go ahead, whadya got.”

This comes after her split from Cuffe Owens. The former couple was only married for two months. It’s unclear why the two split. Meghan previously opened up about the news on her Instagram Stories. She teased that she will talk about it at some point. However, she wanted everyone to respect her privacy at this time.

The 37-year-old admitted that she was “rattled” by the situation. The reality star said that her split was “profoundly devastating.” She never expected it to happen. Meghan said that she just wants to focus on her children. She wants to “privately process our pain and begin to let go of shattered dreams.”

The former Bravo star and the President’s nephew met through a dating app. Cuffe even moved into Meghan’s home state so they could be together. The couple even introduced each other to their families. But their fast-paced romance burned out quickly.

The television personality had an interesting start to 2021. In January, she introduced fans to her “friend-turned-boyfriend” on Instagram. The two met up after a while time in Las Vegas. At the time, she was dating multiple men.

Meghan was back on the dating scene since her divorce from Jim Edmonds. Prior to that, she was in a relationship with entrepreneur Christian Schauf. Earlier this year, Meghan tried a relationship with real estate enterprise Element Property Company founder William Roos. The two ran into each other in Sin City, but what happened in Vegas, stayed in Vegas.
