Did Teresa Giudice’s Fiance Break The Cardinal Rule?
Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas are enjoying their engagement. They moved in together and are now preparing for the busy holiday season. Three months ago, the businessman popped the question in Greece. Since then, they’ve been enjoying the engagement bliss since they don’t have a wedding date yet.
However, fans can’t help but notice if their relationship is down a very dark path. The couple went out for a getaway in California with The Real Housewives of New Jersey co-stars Dina Mazo and Dave Cantin. Luis was spotted with something other than his usual wristwatch. Read on to find out why fans think he jinxed their relationship already.
Luis Ruela spotted with a “Teresa” tattoo
During their dinner date, he was photographed without his watch. He appeared to have gotten a tattoo that says, “Teresa” with a heart around it. Neither Luis nor Teresa has shared the photos of his ink on their respective social media accounts. However, it seems like he’s wearing his heart on his sleeve, sort of speak.
Fans think he’s breaking a cardinal rule, which is to never get someone else’s name tattooed on your body. The only time it’s okay is when it’s a loved one. Everyone knows that once you get your partner’s name tattooed on your body, your relationship is already jinxed. Fans think Luis made a big mistake by doing this.
The photo of Luis’ new tattoo was shared on the Bravobygays Instagram account. The photo shows all four toasting each other with shot glasses. The post reads: “Looks like Louie tattooed Teresa’s name on his wrist.” It also looks like the tattoo is even in the reality star’s handwriting.
Fans flocked to the comment section. Most of them agreed that it was a bad idea. One user wrote, “Something is not right about him.” A second one chimed in and added, “Oh no. The ultimate jinx.”
Teresa Giudice has a tattoo dedicated to her mother
Earlier this year, Teresa Giudice got a beautiful tattoo in honor of her late mother Antonia Gorga, who passed away in 2017. The 48-year-old got the words “Sempre Insieme,” which means “always together” in Italian. The tattoo is located on her ribcage. At the time, Teresa took to her Instagram Stories to share a video of herself at the tattoo parlor.
The Bravo star credited tattoo artist Ashley Hsiung. In an emotional Instagram tribute, Teresa used the same phrase. She posted a carousel of photos of herself with Antonia over the years.
“I miss you so much Mommy,” Teresa Giudice wrote. “Not a day goes by that I do not think of you. #mommy #love #333 #sempreinsieme.”
Sadly, Antonia passed away in March 2017 at the age of 66 from pneumonia. Four years later, Teresa wanted to commemorate her on the same date. She also lost her father and Antoni’s husband Giacinto at the age of 76 in April 2020. He passed away from COPD and heart issues.
