Daily Mail first published the photos of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott together again. The 48-year-old actress wore a black sweatshirt with leather leggings. Dean wore a gray shirt with jeans. The former couple took their five children out to eat at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse in Woodland Hills on Saturday, November 27.

This is the first time that the two have been spotted together as a family. Last month, they went to Disneyland. Shortly thereafter, Tori was spotted outside of a lawyer’s office with a notepad in her hand. She wanted information about custody agreements.

In these new photos, it’s hard to tell whether Tori and Dean wore their wedding rings to dinner. However, they have been spotted without them many times before. The estranged couple has not publicly confirmed the split rumors. Tori reportedly is preventing Dean from interfering with her holiday plans.

She shared her children’s 2021 Christmas card, which Dean was absent. Then, she gave a glimpse at their stockings, in which there was nothing for the actor. Tori claims that Dean was working in Canada when they took photos for the family Christmas card. But she didn’t reveal why he’s not getting anything in his stocking this year.

Sources told E! News that Tori Spelling is in the midst of filing the paperwork to end their marriage. Their marriage has been done for a while now. This comes amid their ongoing financial issues. The daughter of the late Aaron Spelling wants to make sure she’s set before pulling the plug.

“The marriage is over and has been for a very long time,” the insider told the outlet. “Tori has met with her lawyers and is planning to file very soon. She’s trying to work it all out and make sure she is financially OK first.”
