What Can We Expect From ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 2 And When Does It Air?
If you loved Love Is Blind Season 1, just wait until Love Is Blind Season 2 drops in February 2022. Nick and Vanessa Lachey will be back as cohosts and recently opened up about the new season.
Love Is Blind Season 2 will reportedly more captivating than the first season
During the first Love Is Blind season, we definitely witnessed our fair share of drama. And Season 2 will only be more explosive.
“Everything that people seemed to like about Season 1, it’s happening in bigger, badder ways in Season 2,” Nick told PopCulture in an exclusive interview.
He added that the Love Is Blind Season 2 singles really trust the process because of the love stories that emerged from Season 1. Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton said “I do,” as well as Amber Pike and Matt Barnett. Both couples recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary.
“If you don’t put yourself out there, it’s not going to work for you and you’re not doing yourself any favors,” Nick continued. “You can’t put one toe in the water and expect it to work.”
We can probably expect a few real love stories to come out from the second season. But just like the first, we can also probably expect a lot of broken hearts.
Where are the rest of the Season 1 couples today?
We all know that Matt and Amber and Lauren and Cameron are still happy and in love. But what about the rest of the couples that didn’t make it past the altar?
We all watched Kelly Chase and Kenny Barnes say their goodbyes at the altar. At the reunion special, Kenny revealed he’s in a serious relationship so there’s probably no chance of reconciliation there.
Giannina Gibelli and Damian Powers also didn’t get married on Love Is Blind, but decided to keep dating after the season ended. They had a pretty tumultuous relationship over the years. Things really seemed to come to a head when Damian brought Too Hot To Handle‘s Francesca Farago to the reunion special as his date. Gia confirmed the two finally split earlier this year.
Love Is Blind fans knew that Mark Cuevas and Jessica Batten would never make it in the long run. They did make it to the altar, but that was where they ended things. Mark was ready to marry Jessica, but her heart really wasn’t in it.
Today, Mark is expecting his second child with his girlfriend. Jessica got engaged this year and is really excited to become a step-mom to her fiance’s two children. Even though she had a rough time on the reunion special, she’s finally getting her very own happily ever after.
