JoJo Siwa is still single for the time being following her split with Kylie Prew. But that doesn’t mean she isn’t open to the idea of physical affection!
The 18-year-old pop star has a lot going on at the moment. She’s competing in the Dancing With The Stars season finale tonight and also recently presented at the AMAs. Dating isn’t really a top priority for her right now, but she’s not really ruling anything out. Keep reading to see what she said.
JoJo Siwa managed to perform on DWTS immediately following her split from Kylie Prew
Even if JoJo Siwa really wanted to date, she probably wouldn’t have the time. That’s partly why she’s taking a “go with the flow” approach to dating for now.
“I haven’t started dating at all, anybody, but whatever happens happens,” JoJo told PEOPLE. “I fell in love with somebody who I didn’t ever expect to fall in love with. We met on a cruise ship, she was my best friend. And then we went to Disney together and all of a sudden … it kind of all happened. And so I think I learned to just trust life and whatever’s supposed to happen is going to happen.”
She recently admitted that she and Kylie split the morning of her Cinderella performance on Dancing With The Stars. But even amid heartbreak, she managed to pull off a stunning routine with her partner Jenna Johnson. The singer even credits Jenna with helping her through her breakup.
JoJo may be single, but she’s keeping her options open for now.
“But trust me, I want to have a cuddle date. So if anybody out there needs a cuddle date, cuddle buddy, I’ll take it,” JoJo added.
The singer is moving on but admits it’s still a struggle sometimes
Fans are happy to see that JoJo is really focused on her work instead of the breakup. But even so, the Dance Moms alum admits she still has her darker moments.
“There’s days where I truthfully will cry, and the only thing that I will want is to talk to Ky and I will call and Ky will answer and it’s all OK,” she told PEOPLE. “And there are other days where we don’t talk at all. And I think that either way, it’s OK. I think everyone’s life happens differently, but I’m really grateful that I’ve had Dancing With The Stars that I’ve had Dance Pop. It’s just kept my brain occupied and it’s kept my brain happy and healthy.”
“I was in love for the first time,” she told the publication. “It is such an amazing gift and something that I will cherish for as long as I live.”
If you want to see JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson compete in the Dancing With The Stars season finale, don’t forget to tune into the show at 8 PM tonight on ABC. The women will need your votes if you want to see them take home the Mirrorball Trophy!
