Fans have been looking for more Chrisley cooking content. They love watching Julie in the kitchen. They’re getting plenty of that with the holidays coming. The Thanksgiving special shows the famous mom in the kitchen with her kids Chloe Chrisley, Grayson Chrisley, Chase Chrisley, and Savannah Chrisley. Read on to find out what their new holiday special is about.
Chrisleys talk about their other holiday special
In an interview with TV Insider, Todd and Julie Chrisley talk about taking over Peacock with both of their holiday specials. Usually, the Kardashians are known for their holiday specials. However, Keeping Up with the Kardashians is currently on hiatus. The family is reportedly filming their new Hulu show, but that probably won’t come out until next year.
In the meantime, the Chrisleys are taking over television. Todd and Julie Chrisley and their kids are spreading holiday cheer across multiple networks. Chrisley Knows Thanksgiving is already available to stream on Peacock. It will also premiere on November 25, Thanksgiving Day on USA Network. Julie Chrisley will share some of the holiday recipes that she passes on to her kids and her fans.
On Wednesday, December 15, A Very Chrisley Christmas will premiere on NBC. Todd will get into the spirit since this is his favorite holiday. The patriarch will also get into some playful “yuletide battle” with Nanny Faye. Meanwhile, Savannah will help Chloe write a letter to Santa, but of course, Todd forgets to mail it to the North Pole. Will Chloe’s perfect Christmas get ruined? You’ll have to tune in to find out!
Todd and Julie Chrisley spoke to TV Insider about their new holiday special. Both are grateful to NBCUniversal for making these holiday specials possible. They know it wouldn’t happen if they weren’t part of the TV family. The couple is glad that they can spread the holiday cheer to as many networks as possible.
Is Julie Chrisley over cooking for her family?!
Julie Chrisley made a shocking revelation in the interview. She admitted that even she gets tired of cooking for the holidays. It’s a lot of work, especially when you’re cooking for a big family. While she loves being with her kids, she admits that she wishes she could take a break from it.
“I love having my children here every day, but there are times where I do get tired of cooking,” Julie Chrisley told TV Insider. “Especially when you start cooking for all these people.”
After all, she cooks for her family every night. That’s a lot of mouths to feed. Every day is Thanksgiving for the Chrisley family. Though their eldest kids have moved out, they haven’t noticed since they’re always filming with them. Savannah and Chase are still in their lives and they “wouldn’t have it any other way.” They want to follow in the Brown family’s footsteps by having their own “family compound” where they live next door to each other.
Chrisley Knows Thanksgiving dropped Thursday, November 18 on Peacock and airs on Thanksgiving Day, November 25 at 8:30 E.T. on USA Network.
A Very Chrisley Christmas drops Wednesday, December 15 at 9:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
