Erika Jayne wants the main focus on her love life. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 is currently in production. Bravo wanted to get the cameras rolling amid the ongoing legal case. In November 2020, Erika filed for divorce from her husband Thomas Girardi.

The couple was married for 21 years. The aftermath of their divorce came with an embezzlement case. The couple has been accused of allegedly using funds meant for victims and families. However, the Pretty Mess author is tired of having the focus on the legal case.

Wants a guy with money

She refuses to leave her “XXPEN$IVE” life behind. Erika Jayne has since dipped a toe into the dating pool. Last month, she spoke to TMZ about her ideal man. The RHOBH star admitted that she’s looking to date a “guy with money.”

“I think every girl, you know, likes a guy with money,” Erika Jayne coyly said.

The 50-year-old also revealed that intelligence is important to her. While age clearly isn’t a concern, she revealed that she’s not looking to date a younger man. Erika has made it clear on the show that she loves older men. As to whether she’s dating, she said that she’s not dating anyone but herself lately.

That doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to date though. Yet, she may have to wait until the legal drama subsides. She is being sued for $25 million by the trustee who handles the bankruptcy case for Thomas Girardi’s law firm, Girardi Keese. On the other hand, a rich guy could help save her case.

The singer told the outlet that she’s not perusing dating apps. Instead, she wants her friends to set her up with eligible men. She’s also going to need a man with money since the Bravo show is her only source of income. She reportedly made $600,000 for her appearance on Season 11.

Erika Jayne shares thoughts on marriage

Erika Jayne is speaking to TMZ once again. She admitted that she’s closing the door on the idea of marriage. The “Painkillr” star was asked if she would ever date another lawyer.

“Probably not,” Erika said before joking, “I don’t know, I may need free legal.”

Then, TMZ’s reporters asked her if she wants to get married again. Erika declared: “I am married,” before adding, “No I will not. Ever.”

Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi are accused of allegedly embezzling funds from families who lost loved ones during the 2018 Boeing plane crash. The former attorney also got sued by his former business partners. This led him to declare bankruptcy. Thomas claims that he doesn’t have any more money.

Erika has been accused of conspiring with Tom to hide assets as the trustee continues to investigate Thomas and his firm. She denies any wrongdoing. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 will air sometime in 2022 on Bravo.
